At Harkfill Press, we’re excited to offer digital gift cards that make it easy to share handmade, heartfelt products with the ones you love. Please read the following policy carefully regarding gift card usage:

1. Purchase & Delivery

1. Harkfill Press gift cards are available for purchase online only.
2. Gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient and contain instructions for redemption at checkout.
3. No physical card will be issued.

2. Redemption

1. Gift cards can be redeemed only at www.harkfillpress.com.
2. Gift cards apply toward the total order value, including taxes and shipping.
3. Multiple gift cards can be used on a single purchase.

3. Expiration & Balance

1. Gift cards do not expire and do not incur fees.
2. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases.
3. Balances cannot be reloaded.

4. Restrictions

1. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Returns

1. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card.
2. If a purchase was made with a combination of gift card and another payment method, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.

6. Fraud & Abuse

1. Harkfill Press reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card orders or usage if fraud is suspected or a violation of these terms occurs.
