Harkfill Press specializes in custom and ready-to-ship apparel and merchandise, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, journals, and accessories.

Many of our items are made-to-order and created based on customer-selected designs, colors, and sizes.

3. Custom Orders

All custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and placement, before submitting an order.

Harkfill Press is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Color Variations & Print Quality

Actual product colors may vary slightly from on-screen images due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.

Minor variations in color, texture, or placement are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

We strive for the highest quality in all prints, but exact color matching is not guaranteed.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated turnaround times are provided but not guaranteed.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or supply issues are beyond our control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, Harkfill Press is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Custom items are final sale.

Ready-to-ship (non-custom) items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Any issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content created by Harkfill Press are the property of Harkfill Press and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or images submitted for custom orders.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Submit copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive material without authorization

Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website

11. Limitation of Liability

Harkfill Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
