Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Whereas handcrafted items may take longer 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, we will notify you. You may choose to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged (send pictures asap), please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
