• Non-Refundable Custom Orders - Certain custom orders may not be eligible for refunds due to the nature of customization involved or the advanced stage of production. These include orders with personalized add-ons, Libby glasses, Mugs, Sublimation tumblers or orders that have already been shipped.

• Exceptions and Special Circumstances (7-day window) - We understand that each situation is unique. In exceptional circumstances such as product defects or errors on our part, we will work closely with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
